I have been looking at a number of properties in Mojacar area on the internet, if anyone could recommend any certain estate agents in the area to go through would be appreciated....
there are quite a few and I would like to possibly narrow them down for planning to travel over and plan viewings of properties.
any help appreciated.

Hi All,
Can anybody give me an idea how simple or difficult it is to get Internet access set up in Turre?Also a rough idea of cost. At the moment I’m only going to be using my apartment for holidays so will I have to pay for access year round.

Day 1 of the new restrictions and many areas are in lockdown with only essential services open. Turre is fortunately not in this category as it's residents have stuck to the rules. However, on the first day of the new rules I was horrified to see people, who I know do not live in Turre, happily going shopping and on to a bar!!! This is not how it works!!! The restrictions are there for a reason. If you continue to flout the rules we will never be free of this virus.
IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN TURRE, STAY AWAY!!!

We needed a car to get around while we were looking to buy. We used costa Coches in playa and it was 73 euro for 3 days, group b so was a small car but good value and did the job. Really quick, someone English

I have found to my surprise, that there is an excellent local bus service in Mojacar (in normal times).
It runs on a loop that covers from the Indalo Hotel at one end of the town, passes up through the pueblo and back down, to continue on as far as Marina de La Torre. The fare is a very reasonable €1.20 per trip.
I have seen suggestions on other forums, that you'd be lucky to be able to get transport to get from one end of the town to the other in the evening - that taxis were supposedly extremely scarce.
In my subsequent experience, there are a sufficient number of taxis, plus with the bus service, there's no problem at all in getting from A to B.
This isn't counting the fact that there's also the bus service to Vera that serves Mojacar aswell.

Could anybody clarify for me the first dates UK nationals are allowed to enter Spain this year.
I have been told 19 Jan 21 and also 01March21.
I suppose 19 Jan could have been changed to 01march21 if someone could please confirm this would be a great help.ThanksPaul
