most residents of all areas have stuck to the rules it is all the visitors and moving campervanners that are going around the areas withour any regard to safety.  the relaxation at Christmas meant a lot of non residents arrived in Mojacar and now we have a high ratio.

Sadly I’m not in Mojacar so I’m interested in these motorhomes on the move. I can only assume they are Spanish or Spanish registered. I know it’s to early to tell but interested in what will happen to the property market now Spain is no longer a winter destination for the British because of the 90 day stay rules for none residence. I know many People who used to go to the EU for winter wether owning or renting a place for 5 months or staying on campsites for a similar length of time. I know all this is irrelevant  at present. Do forgive me if this is covered elsewhere.
