Property wanted to buy: Repossessions in Alfoquia - 2 replies
Hi, I’ve heard there are 2 and 3 bed repossessions in the Alfoquia area priced at 20k - 30k. Does anyone know of any that are in move in condition that we can buy? We intend to sell up next year and move over on the NLV for retirement but if we could find a bargain it would save renting. TIA, Liz
La Alfoquía Reviews - 4 replies
Hi,
My name is Gary and thank you for such a useful site.
This is my first post and apologies if this has been discussed before, but I have seen a couple of humble properties in La Alfoquía and wonder what people's thoughts/experiences are, e.g., bars, restauantes, supermarkets, walks golf etc. Can you also rent out to others when you're not using yourself?
Thanks in advance.
CLEARING CUSTOMS BRITTANY FERRIES UK TO SPAIN - 22 replies
Hi Guys,
Can somebody please explain how to go about clearing customs when you move to Spain via Brittany Ferries?
I've tried to find out about it on Google but to no avail, somebody must've done this before us, so I'll ask the lovely people on the forum, they'll know.......
We're sailing from Plymouth - Santander 25th October 23, with all our worldly possessions plus 2 x dogs in the back of Ford Galaxy, yeah I know...... big ask eh?
So, my question is, how do we clear customs? The vehicle is gong to be cleared by a company we're using (car-registrations-spain.com), and the dogs paperwork will all be completed prior to the move but how do we clear the other items, such as, clothing, a drill, screwdrivers, pots n pans keepsakes, bedding, photo's etc? What is the routine and do we need any paperwork to do it?
TIA
