Is it easy to get breakdown cover for English cars in Spain and can anyone recommend any companies

Breakdown cover is included on all Spanish insurance policies. Not sure what you mean by 'English cars'. If you are here and resident your car has to be matriculated on to Spanish plates. If you are not resident your insurance is likely to be a UK policy and may or may not have breakdown. If it doesn't then you can take out cover via green flag the AA or many other reputable companies.
