Hi, I am new to this page and am interested in hearing from those living or holidaying in La Alfoquia. Specifically, are most residents Spanish or English, how convenient is Alfoquia for general amenities, is there a good community feel? Are animals welcomed here, as I see many of the newer properties are close together? Is there a regular bus service to the nearby towns? I look forward to hearing from you - I will have many more questions! Thank you.

Hi there. We are new to the area and are in rented accommodation until we move into our house next week. We have driven down with a UK registered Kia car which developed a problem with a brake. We took it into Kia in antas who said the underside is rotting and should be scrapped (their opinion). Not sure what to do. Bought it second hand in UK. Anyone know of any , hopefully English speaking, as my Spanish is still in early stages or any places where I can scrap it and be recognised by the DVLA. This must have happened to someone else. Any advice would be great

I have a scooter (Fosti Bellagio, year 2010) that is not registered but has usable parts such as a boosted engine. Does anyone know a scooter shop that might want this?
