Hi we are driving down to la alfoquia in the next 2 weeks to start our new life. We may have to rent for a couple of weeks before we can move into our new house. How have people organized insurance for their journey by car. This is more for people going to Spain to live for the first time. I mean in regards to European breakdown cover and personal travel insurance. Any advice would be much appreciated
your car insurance and green card should cover you for the journey and the period until you re register the car. If you are not covered for medical through an S1 then you need private medical insurance and a annual travel insurance policy would cover you for any travel you do to and fro in the year.
