Good morning all, we are hopefully going to make the move to the Almeria area within the next 12 months (fingers crossed)

Los Gallardos looks to fit the bill for all our requirements. There seems to be quite a few properties for sale in the Huerta Nueva area and seem very reasonably priced. 

My question are there many people that are residents in this area or is it predominantly holiday homes?

My concerns is it may become a bit of a ghost town out of season.

Any other feedback about the area would be appreciated

Hi everyone I am hoping someone has came across a blue and white Yamaha jet ski around the Almeria coast area it broke lose from its tow line on Sunday evening are dusk couldn’t find it my self as seas were high and it was getting dark the steering couling on the handlebars was broken and the tow eye is missing as I have that Stirlings marine stickers are on it a substantial reward will be given to anyone who finds it has found it I can be contacted on 00447761618724 thanks James Elder

Whenever I need some humour I read some if not all of A Year in Provence (Peter Mayle). It's my perfect choice for reading by an author who adapted Provence as his home from (UK) home. Peter Mayle died some years ago, but left us with some entertaining writing. I don't know of any similar work written by somebody in Costa Almería, but as somebody keeps saying in one of those I want to be an Entrepreneur television programmes there is an obvious gap in the market. 

(Perhaps this has already been done? - If so, please advise). There are some good writers on this forum and I feel writing a fact based humorous book on the trials and tribulations of buying/setting-up/building property is not beyond them. Comments please!

Hi All, we own a property in Turre and because of the covid situation have not been able to travel to spain since 2019.We have been trying to organise flights to almeria airport for the end of april, can anyone tell me if the airport transfer coach company in Turre is still operating,and the cost please.

Looking for recommendations for quick, reliable internet provider that offers break clause when not in Spain. We are very rural so I’m pretty certain fibre will be out of the question unfortunately. We’d ideally like unlimited data but when looking at various websites it appears deals mainly mention various different MBs but I’m not sure if that’s the download speeds or monthly data limits?

Grateful for any help from people in similar rural locations with holiday home. Thank you.
