Los G is a very popular area there are a mixture of both Spanish and UK residents. Huerta Nueva is a popular urbanisation with mainly full time residents.

Has anyone heard of any property legality issues with buying on the Huerta Nueva complex

We are looking at a property this weekend when we are over

Will of course use solicitor and legal due diligence but just testing the water form knowledgable locals

Have bought twice on HN. No problems at all, used Maria Morroto as our solicitors. The best community is Jacaranda ...beautiful gardens and pool at reasonable monthly charges. There are a few holiday homes.... but a lot of us friendly ex pats..... some Spanish, a few french/ german/ Belgians..... We love it here and it is easy to walk to the village that has everything you need. 10 minutes to Mojacar. Never have we or our neighbours heard of any purchasing problems..... Simon Cole in Turre is a brilliant estate agent who lives in HN.
