Hello lovely people or Almeria. I have just purchased a house in Taberno that needs some renovation works and so am looking for recommendations for tradespeople and rough price guides for the following:

Septic Tank Installation - My estate agent indicated the cost would be around €1,500, is that a fairly accurate estimate?

Builder - to knock a wall through to make two rooms into one

Plastering interior rooms

Bathroom installation

In Taberno we are trying to stop the building of a mega pig stable. Attached is some info and a form that you can print. Please print out the form, sign it yourself and ask as many friends as you can to sign also. The form can be collected if you live locally or arrangement can be made to drop it off or post to an address in Taberno. Thanks in advance for your help!

Are there any places in Taberno that do B/B  & E/M after lockdown and take animals?  Dogs

We have found a property just outside Taberno that we really love and want to buy it and move into the area. However we have noticed a lot of promotion relating to the use of 4x4 vehicles and the route passes right past the house on the main rambla near Taberno. We are looking for peace and quiet and the possible noise disturbance is a real worry for us. Does anyone have any experience of this and how prevalent are vehicles using the rambla?  If there is noise on a daily basis then that would be a deal breaker for us but it’s difficult to know what level of nuisance this might be. Are we worrying unnecessarily?
