Hi, thanks for taking time to read this.
We are looking at buying a wreck and doing it up, what cost's are we looking at per sq Meter for works ??, I know that is a very vague request but a rough ball park figure is what I need. My back ground is electrical & my wife and I have bought and sold houses for years but will not be able to carry all the works out because we will be in the UK.
Any help is appreciated.

Just trying to help. We used a BRILLIANT builder who has now reverted to his previous vocation of kitchen/ bathroom/ bathroom fitter. If you e mail.him he may offer specialist advice.

He may just too busy with work & family but he is a terrific.person.
We reformed a property years ago and fir every job we did we discovered 2 more that needed doing.

We finally calculated we could have purchased 2 newbuilds for the cost of purchase plus all the building work.

Hi Iain & Jackie,
Let us know what type / scale of work is needed and we can send you a list of builders we suggest to people based on them doing a great job for our clients and people locally in the Huercal-Overa / Taberno area. Maybe one of them will be able to pop up and visit the property with you to give you an idea.
Also, please be careful...if you are buying a wreck get a reputable architect or solicitor as well as the builder to confirm you can do the work to it that you want to do....before you buy it! ..."If a property and price is too good to be true, then it usually is".
