I am about to sign paperwork regarding a long term let/purchase of a property 10 mins to the north east of Taberno. However, Covid 19 regulations prohibit a visit..

I am looking for a person to meet the Agent or pick up keys from the agent and to complete a small report/take pictures for me. No qualifications are sought just comments on various aspects of the property generally. I have seen photographs but the y are not comprehensive with regard to the total site. I would imagine that less than an hour would suffice.

I will provide a check sheet for the visit and photos from a mobile camera would suffice. Greater detail will be shared with any interested party on a direct basis

Any ideas or suggestions, most welcome.

I am moving to a fairly remote farmhouse about 10 - 15 minutes to the the north east of. Taberno.

Could any body advise me on the best TV/Broadband/telephone package that is reasonable and especially reliable.

Any advice or help would be welcome.

We are looking at retiring to Spain and have found for us the perfect property. Unfortunately everything has been put on hold due to the current global situation as you can expect. We have found ALL estate agents not to be particularly helpful, whilst we receive very basic photo’s of properties ( maybe a dozen of a property that may have five bedrooms and three pictures are the same? No floor plans? No locationplans? ) we struggle to get answers on specific questions.

The property is 5mins outside Taberno and we do not know much of the area and would love to get as much information that we can. My wife speaks French but neither of us speak Spanish.

The property we have found has a little land as we will have one or two horses.

Any help, advice, tips on the area would be really appreciated.

I looked online and companies are trying to charge a fortune to come out and look then more to set up.

I have telephone points in all rooms but need line rental etc set up.

Please can you guys give me info on decent reasonable companies to set this up as I need it for my job as I work from home.

I have moved to new place and it has only limited ( 6 ) channels found on TV. I have tried a Aura DVBT2 but still no luck any suggestions or is a digi box or dish the answer?
