Living in Taberno

Hi ,
My name is Darrel and my wife and I want to put an offer in for a cash sale for a property we have seen this week. What do we need to do if we buy it? How easy is it finally live in Taberno ? We know we will have to buy a car. We are due to retire in a year or so and sell our UK property to live here. Can we live in the property for 3 months and then apply for our non lucrative visa? We will have to live off our personal pensions until our state pensions kick in. Is this a gamble?
