Can anyone recommend: Septic tank installation

Hello lovely people or Almeria. I have just purchased a house in Taberno that needs some renovation works and so am looking for recommendations for tradespeople and rough price guides for the following:
Septic Tank Installation - My estate agent indicated the cost would be around €1,500, is that a fairly accurate estimate?
Builder - to knock a wall through to make two rooms into one
Plastering interior rooms
Bathroom installation
Thank you so much for your suggestions and assistance. I’m also looking for a general odd job/DIY person if anyone knows of anyone?
