Good afternoon good people of Almeria, my girlfriend and I need a lift to Murcia Airport on Monday 22nd April for 10am. I had very sad news that my sister has fallen very ill in hospital and only has days to live, I need to get back to her. I don't mind paying someone fuel money to get us there, we live in Calle Norte at the top of Oria behind the town hall. My wife and I are planning on making a permanent move to our house in Spain in the near future. She has a Polish and UK passport so will be able to apply for residency as an EU passport holder but I only have a UK passport.

I know I can apply as a spouse but has anyone done this recently and how easy was it? Also has anyone got recommendations on solicitors to use that are specialists in this area. We have provisionally asked questions of our house purchase solicitors but we are aware it's not always pertinent to use the same ones as they may not have the required knowledge. We are moving to the Oria area.
