Hi all, new to the forum but hopefully someone on here might have some experience in this matter, we are in the process of buying a Villa just outside Oria and an issue with the land registry has arisen.

The land registry was rejected in 2019 before the 199LH was in existence so now needs to be redone as has small discrepancy on the plan.

Deeds etc are fine and has all building permits etc.

Question really is I suppose has anyone come across anything similar and what issues were there.
