This post has degenerated from a simple fact that golfers ignore the laws and do not wear masks to another Brexit debate. NO MORE BREXIT COMMENTS on this post or I will remove it. STICK TO THE TOPIC.

I've never met such a bunch of anti British hypocrites in my life, you're an embarrassment.   No wonder so many steer away from this hub of gloom.  I was warned, should've heeded the messages.  I'll leave you to your curtain twitching........ 3,2,1..... GONE.

Anyway Doris, I live at VdE - I have to admit, not being a golfer myself, I really haven't paid much attention to those figures wandering around the greens ... I'll actually take a look when I next drive home.

I’m not a golfer either Dario, it just irks me to see these people walking around flaunting the rules, but I have to wear a mask when sitting alone on the beach or by the pool. 

It's pretty much a mess as everyone seems to flout one rule or another.  It seems to be that people are just over it and widely ignore the restrictions put in place.  Semana Santa was a prime example - how many cars got stopped and fined for crossing provinces / regional borders? and more to the point, how many people actually went to visit friends or family at another house in direct contravention of the national ban ....

Just to add, golf is classed as a regulated sport so players are exempted from wearing masks in the course. Look it up, it’s the law

Thought the law had changed meaning everyone now had to wear and regulated sport was not exempted.  Yoga, being a breath-led exercise was exempted, but now it’s not anymore.  Think that’s what Doris was saying - the regs have changed 

Which part of this latest update to the law do you not understand JT47?  I agree it’s a silly idea in open spaces but the law is the law and if we have to wear it on the beach when alone why are golfers exempt? In fact they are not exempt.
