Oh. 🥺. Do you need to go back.  You may be much safer here right now as Spain is handling it better. I’m thinking if he has Spanish passport he would be entitled to do that but   Best to ask the British consulate / Embassy and put that question to them.    Kind regards.

Well all the best then.  It’s a long journey and it will have to be Calais tunnel or Paris as all ferries off. We have our little dog with us and We are booked on the Bilbao to Portsmouth on 25th June. We’ve had three ferries cancelled so far And I’ve got a backup to go to the tunnel on the 26th just in case.  I read on here someone who works at the ferry ports think June won’t go either. You need a printed off document or two to travel through France to say why you are entering and travelling through 🙄.  . But only travel tickets as proof you are leaving the country for Spain.  At least the hotels will be opening but best to check as all of Spains regions in a different  phase of release. I don’t think many people will feel safe on a plane for a while  Good luck and safe journey.
