Iberdrola are not the easiest to work with, it has taken 18 months and mountains of paperwork to up grade us from 5Kw to Kw 9.2.  Good lick

Aahhhhh yes - the apartment is only 63 sq metres and is contracted with CHC Energía at 5,5 kW - the electricity bills are astronomical.  I want contract with Iberdrola on the Elige 8 Horas plan at 4 kW … about to call them now …

Still can’t ‘comply’ if you are not wealthy.

Spain has a high income threshold for sure. Portugal is a lot more reasonable with a finance threshold for a migratory visa of about 9.000€ - same as Residencia here used to be; but they are also offering a 10 year 10% tax break to UK Migrants to encourage them.

Hi Vera, it was indeed, both theory and practical.

I have heard that there may be an agreement coming between spain&uk from Oct that uk licences can be swapped hence no test to be taken??. I really hope so as i really dont want to take lessons&tests as miving from uk will be stressful enough lol

I agree . Passing your test at 18 was hard enough , in the uk , never mind another country . I really hope they come to an agreement . The Spaniards can swap theirs if they come to UK.

Me too but 2 people have said this may happen. 1 guy i chat to who lives in Andalucia said his solicitor told him so fingers crossed as this will have an impact on my re-location. I would have nooooo xhance of passing with my lack of spanish language&bad memory🤣 if i had to do a UK test now i have no doubt i would fail lol

Mmmm thanks.  So far can’t through to customer service; I just get “all of our consultants are busy. Please leave your number and we’ll call you back” and line disconnects after leaving number.  No option to stay on line.  And do they call you back? Do they hell!!

Don't even bother to ask them for solar panels!
