Can anyone recommend an English speaking bathroom fitter around the San Juan area please? We have an apartment in San Juan which needs a bathroom refit. We currently don’t live in Spain and find the language barrier difficult to discuss and arrange such a major project.

Time to renew our NLV's and regarding the financial side of this we have been told that we need to open a Spanish bank account to satisfy means of support as currently all our income is paid into our UK bank and our savings are also in UK banks which have been told are not accepted as proof of means of financial support. I understand the idea that it shows we have integrated into the Spanish way of life. Any advice on this would be much apreciated
