hi, do i need a address in spain,either have purchased or a rental property before applying for NLV.  ??

once living in spain and re-applying for visa do you have to show your savings being paid into a spanish bank. ??

Hi, I remember that one of the forms asked for an address in Spain, either rental or purchase but not sure if it was compulsory.

They will accept both Spanish bank statements and UK (Translated where required but importantly stamped by the bank as a true statement) Also at some point a copy of the first part (4-8pagrd) of the deeds or a copy of your rental agreement. If you have or are going to purchase, they will accept the payment you made as part of your income/wealth. I would also have your annual pension/proof of income statements translated as well.
