Brits in phase 4 mar de pulpi - Page 3

We have just bought on fase 4.  Not sure if we can get out this year we hope to be out a lot next year.  We hope to retire to Spain for most of the year in another year or so and would love to meet others brits on Mar de Pulpi when we visit, both to make new friends and find out how everyone else has settled in etc.

Hi sue and brian.

We are in bloque 9 fase 4. Unfortunately we wont get over to mar de pulpi until next may due to work commitments but would be nice to catch up with other brits. Not too many about !!.

Looking forward to seeing the changes in san juan as theres loads of building work going on

Hi Jon and Lyn  yes we will do.  We already have a holiday booked for October so we are unsure of when e can get out but are looking forward to it.  Thanks for the reply.

Hi can anyone tell me.

We are on phase 4 and want to know how good Tm are at both gettin rental bookings and then can the sort you tax obligations? At the moment we have a solicitor doing this .  All seems very complicated getting info from the agent then I have to get it to him. it would be a lot easier all under one umberella ! Or would it?  Any advice appreciated . Thank you
