Hi we have recently bought a apartment in the mar de pulpi urbinization and wondered if any other Brits about Sue & Brian

Hi All,

My family have a house in phase 1. We have just spent a week there, the weather was beautiful.

My parents are still there until mid March then usually once per month until June.

My husband, myself and children (7 and 9) are out again beginning of April and then through August.

I have friends in Terreros from Melton Mowbray who also come out 4or so times per year.

What was the name of the FB page or is it phase 4 only?

Would be lovely to meet new people.

Clare

Hi clare. The facebook page is Les Belges (ET AUTRES) De Mar De Pulpi. The administrator is Michel Coenen who is a member on here. You can PM him to request joining group. Very well run and informative. Your knowledge of MDP would be very helpful too for all us newbies !!

Hi

Jon and I bought number 90 just before Christmas and are coming out for Easter with our 2 girls and the dog hopefully. I've already been over a couple of weeks ago to clean and we've part furnished but still a bit to do. Looking forward to spending many happy holidays out there. We too are Midlands we live in Bromsgrove, planning on retiring to SJDLT when we can.

Hi Ang

What block are you in ? We’re block 1 no 25 & will be interested to find out how you get on taking your dog out as we intend to take ours out at some stage , we won’t be able to come out for Easter but are trying to get out once a month so hopefully see you soon ! We bought in October and have friends who have had property in Villa Ricoss for the last 10 yrs so if you need any advice on places to shop for furniture etc just let us know .

Hi all. I’m about to retire and my wife and I are thinking about buying a holiday home at Mar de Pulpi. Would you recommend it? Any tips? Any thoughts appreciated! Thank you! David

We bought in Fase 4 and moved in January 2017.  So glad we did. It’s a beautiful complex and TM have been excellent. Their after sales service is superb .  It’s very busy and active in summer but peaceful and quiet during winter months.

We get our keys next week and will be over in MDP in April.

It's a nice excellent urbanisation and San Juan de los terreros will grow into a top resort whilst retaining its spanish charm. We are working age but will eventually spend at least 6 month per year in retirement. For the money we paid we feel it will be a great investment.

Hi

We are also Midlanders (just), live in Newcastle, Staffordshire.

We purchased on phase 3 in April.

We are out for two weeks at the end of August.

I have heard a few British voices about and my daughter (7) has met other families kids who are British.

If you go to Eurospar in town, everybody seems to be British.
