Meeting people

Hi.

My family are (fingers crossed) moving to Oria around October/November when house sale completes. We have a 20 year old boy who will be coming and going and our 10 year old who has autism. We made the decision to move as we have a place in Spain already and homeschool our son now as he is following year 3/4 on the curriculum. He hated school as he was so far behind and since we began homeschooling he is so much happier and we feel is learning more without the pressure of the school environment. I would love to meet people when we move and would appreciate any ideas on how to do this.

The people in Oria are very friendly and helpful and normally it would be easy to make friends meeting at bars etc. At the moment because of this virus people are not going to bars very much. When you move to the village contact me and we can meet for a coffee and sort out the best way forward. Once everything improves you will not have a problem meeting people. Where are you moving to? One of the bars used most is El Frax in Orgarite just out side the village, we could go there for a drink and I can give you more info.

Thank you so much for your reply.

We are moving to a place within working distance of the town albeit uphill 😂. I would love to meet for coffee and will keep you updated when we arrive.

With any luck the virus will be on the way out soon but we will ride with it.
