I've never heard anything so stupid. Yes wait with the mask on until the food arrives but to put it on to chew and swallow very dangerous. A person could choke quite easily. OTT. At its worst.

Well I intend to do as you say, Lyn - while waiting keep mask on - and after eating keep it on while chatting, reading newspaper or between sips of drink. That is more than I have seen many people doing anyway!
