Aha, fair enough then.  Sewer and rat problem sorted?

It will still be worth mentioning the sewer (and rat) issue to the management company and letting them know that you have resolved it at your cost; basically so they can see if it is a reoccurring problem which would indicate other deeper problems...

...

Ya that’s a good idea Tks Dario 👌👌

Hi Maureen

We had the same problem got a truck in to clear it cost E175 and all they did was put a pressure hose down. Cannot remember the name of

the crowd we used but will ask hubby when he comes back...He watched them doing it so over the dry spell if no  one is using the sewer or the toilets it builds up and cakes all around the sewer,  so  after getting this done we dump a couple of buckets down the loo to keep it flowing, we would use old dish water if not too greasy and do it at least once every two days so  this keeps it clear, but have not been there since October,

so we will see how it is then, here's hoping  fingers crossed ....

Hi Maureen

Unfortunately Hubby does not remember who we used as adjoining neighbour arranged this. However, someone on this post may be able

to help.  We have the Focus Magasine which you can pick up at random places with a range of  useful numbers.

Inthe magasine under heading SEPTIC TANK SERVICES there are a few numbers;

Blocked DrainsRUs            950091109/648 768587

Gines  Milan                        (AFTER 4PM) 607 366355

Sepserve                             675838808

Hubby says last one sound familiar huge industrial truck used and E175.00 a man  with a smaller truck would  suffice.

Check are you joined on to any other sewers and  you could  share the cost!! Hope this helps

Get your hands on a Focus Magasine  very handy to have and you will find them on ramdom stands keep an eye out!!

Hope  you get sorted and when you do  remember those large buckets of water down the loo  HEHE
