Looking for a carpenter to build 2 matching cupboards please. Recommendations 

Hi,

we plan to leave UK for Spain around October this year. We are looking to move to Mojacar or area and would like to long term rent for 12 months to see if we are OK with weather etc and to look around for a forever home.

We will need pet friendly accommodation as we have cats.

My questions,

1. How to long term rent for 12 months when most places change rent amount for different seasons. Is it possible to arrange for a fixed amount / month to be agreed for the whole 12 months.

2. Are landlords OK with supporting Padron application.

3. We want to arrange the rental start date to begin on our visa travel date but want to agree and view the rental property a few weeks before our official travel date, is this possible. We will have our visa, NIE and Spanish bank account available at rental agreement time.

Any suggestions appreciated.

is the rise 8.5% this year and does it apply to the rate you were getting before?  In which case why are both mine and my husbands pensions different to what that works out to be?  As it is I was getting more than him and then suddenly he is getting more than me not sure how that came about either.  Tried phoning but the answer was these things happen!  Doesn't explain how or why though.
