Sorry to hear you're also having this problem. We have had exactly the same, although I did eventually get a reply from that email address you mentioned. They said my emails had been going into SPAM which they hadn't been checking!
They also said - "The best way to contact us is via Whatsapp 698907952 and we will call you or inform you via Whatsapp. " but that doesn't get any response as you say.
Their website did say to activate or reactivate their tv service - should be between 01 - 05 of month, but I can't find that on the site right now.
Although I asked by email to deactivate last Oct, the monthly debits still kept coming into our bank account. I did finally get them to stop that & they said they would give me a refund - but still waiting. So if you send an email telling them to cease service, then watch out for any debits that don't stop. Probably good idea to ask bank to reverse the charge before they add up each month.
Can't understand what it is with this company - they obviously don't want our business!
If anyone has any alternative (good) sources for UKTV in Spain, please let us know
