I would say tbe first port of call would be the management company for your complex.  You should have a note posted somewhere in the complex advising who the management company is.  Failing that, speak to the Presidente of the homeowners association there, as they will definitely know who to contact.

Ok, again for the rats, that’s infrastructure.  Management company should be able to liaise with the community to arrange rat catchers.

Sometimes the home owners associations sit on all the fees coming in and don’t want to spend them - or at least spend it on things that don’t directly benefit them, like having house outsides painted or pool maintained.

They might just need a little prod and management company should be able to assist

You shouldn’t have had to pay yourself - that’s what the community fees you pay are for …

Ya but only 4 in our complex and sewer and particular sewer only connected to us and one other neighbor the other sewer the other two lead into that one. So we split cost with our connecting neighbor not to put a drain on management fees excuse the pun 🀣🀣🀣   We will buy a pressure hose n do  it ourselves next time  cis that’s all they did 🀨🀨

Aha, fair enough then.  Sewer and rat problem sorted?

It will still be worth mentioning the sewer (and rat) issue to the management company and letting them know that you have resolved it at your cost; basically so they can see if it is a reoccurring problem which would indicate other deeper problems
