Any roofers in village after a quote 

Can anybody recommend a Spanish teacher or knows of any Spanish classes for a novice in the Tabernas area please.

My Husband and I both exchanged our license last week I Murcia. I paid my fee first then my husband done his and my Husband is 75 years old. 

I have just read on the forum over 70 you don't pat the fee, is this correct? 

OK so bought the property April paid €900 for new meter an stuff to get the elec turned on not really spent mech time here since so just bought washing machine microwave fridge freezer just found out I'm only on 110v power how do I get 240v and will it cost any more to electricity company thanks for any help

     In a couple of months time I am looking at painting all the external walls, tiling all internal walls 800mm high & installing a woodburner for heating also a wood burning stove/cooker. Early next year a Solar hot water system and a new Bathroom. I will be doing all the works myself.

     I am a little confused by the Obras Menor documents I need to complete. Do I need to fill one in for each job separately. The information asked for only seems to relate to employing a Contractor to do the works and this will not apply. Hopefully someone here may have experience of negotiating the application processes. I can only complete the costing sections by entering my purchase costs as there’s no chargeable Labour.

Any advice would be most welcome

Can anyone please tell me which provider they use for internet and how much it costs. Having trouble with companies replying. We are in the village.

     I have found a new registered with 6months tax 300cc quad. The intention is to buy it shortly and bring over to Tabernas. Anyone had experience of registering in Spain with such a machine. I imagine I should be able to use it for 6 months whilst I get it registered, or maybe not ! Any information would be most welcome

     As we are in the process of stripping back the plaster throughout so we can tile the walls 1 metre high, I need to find an acceptable method of disposal. We are based in Tabernas itself, can I put this directly into a Basura bin or do I need to take to a waste facility. There’s about a cubic meter in rubble buckets, so can transport it
