My Husband and I both exchanged our license last week I Murcia. I paid my fee first then my husband done his and my Husband is 75 years old.
I have just read on the forum over 70 you don't pat the fee, is this correct?

Well I was 74 when I changed mine and I had to pay, that was 4 years ago
