General Questions on Life in La Alfoquia

Hi, welcome to the area. We live in Zurgena area, just down the road from Alfoquia. There are quite a few Brits living in both areas, both have a supermarket and bars, both have a doctor's but neither really speak English.

There are quite a few animals all round so a lot will depend on your neighbours as to how they get on with yours, you quite often find the Spanish are more tolerant than the Brits.

With regards to bus services you really need a car for getting around to Arboleas, Albox and Huercal Overa. There is a bus station in HO with buses to Alicante, Benidorm, Granada, Malaga, Vera, etc.
