Hello all. Is there anyone out there doing their own Modelo 720 i.e. accessing the Agencia Tributaria website & completing & submitting the Modelo document for declaring assets held in the UK?

I want to at least see whether I am able to do this myself but I am having great difficulty in accessing this specific area of the site & I keep getting error messages when I attempt to sign in with my NIE.

If anyone has been successful in submitting this tax return I would love to hear from you so I can pick your brain if you are prepared to do so. If so, perhaps we could do this by private message.

This water heater is between 2/3 yrs old . I bought my house 20mths ago and the heater was under guarantee, hence how i know how old it is . It was fitted by a proper plumber... Gary knowles (advertises in focus).

I struggle changing gas bottles due to arthritis ,and as i live alone i decided to swapto electric to make life easy.

It is a Junkers water heater ,very good condition and not used very much. It has all the bits as taken off and will be needed to refit. Also have the calor gas bottle and connector and the bottle has a little gas still left. This will save you having buy anything and is all ready to fit and use .80 euros. live at Los  gallardos.

Just a few questions to the experienced Expat in Almeria ( not necessarily just Mojacar ). So away from the coast 20-30 miles or indeed on the playa such as Mojacar and Vera and similar.......

Q1. So in general terms, what does in rental terms get you for Euro 500-750 monthly ?

Q2. Are long term rentals available? When I say long term I am thinking of several months and maybe even 2-3 years. Whats the score regarding that?

Over the last 2 days I've had over 10 calls from UK mobile numbers starting with 0776990.

Each one is different but all start with that sequence.

I answered the 1st one and a recorded message told me the call was from the national crime agency and that my NI number had been used illegally and that to avoid immediate arrest I should press 1

Clearly some sort of scam so be warned.
