Has anyone else experienced tiny dark dots on their bedsheets?

Despite washing bedlinen and putting on clean, the dark red/stroke black smudges reappear fresh the next day.

It does sound like bed bugs, although I’ve never experienced them my son in law did in a hotel in the uk.

Think he may have bought some back with him. So this is how it was treated.

Strip bed completely, way all bedding at 60deg if poss. Vacuume the mattress, base and under and around the bed, every nook and cranny, especially mattress edges.

Then spray with Maton in the orange can. Personally I would take the mattress outside to do this. It sounds drastic but they are awful to get rid of, so an all out assault is the answer xx

Thanks for this. A friend who also lives in Zurgena has also experienced this lately and is suggesting it is a bug from the campo which the ayuntamiento will treat with insecticides.

Oh I do hope this is correct. Hate to think of creepy crawlies anywhere near me xx

Just out of interest, I lived in Zurgena from 2005 to 2010 but never had a problem then, ive also got a couple of friends there and they havnt said anything. So it must be a new addition to the wildlife there xxx

Bed bugs will normally not just show from marks on the sheets etc, you would normally find bites around the nape of your neck,if no bites then it would be something else
