Where is best medical Centre to register?

I don't know about Zurgena but I can recommend a translator - he covers all of Vera and the surrounding areas - Sheikh Jeng - his advert is on this Forum and he is excellently well informed and very helpful. Translator with medical expertise and experience

Good morning. Doctors surgery in both Zurgena and La Alfoquia. You will need to get your padrón in The Town Hall in Zurgena. Hi in with papers (NIE or passport and proof of address.  Collect your padrón the following day.

No English speaking doctors I’m afraid.  However CAT Services of La Alfoquia provide an excellent service re translating, mail, changing address on eg driving licenses, will and a host of other services.  Phone number and address on Google.

Arboleas would be your next surgery, with some English speaking doctors.  However, if you register with a doctor outwith your local municipality   (I.e.if you reside outwith the Zurgena municipality you will NOT get an emergency doctors visit). Other than that call 112 for an ambulance in an emergency in that situation.

You nearest 24 hour Centre de Urgencias will be at Huercal Overa Hospital.  The Centro de Salud in Olula del Rio also has a 24 hour Urgencies service but I think H-Overa is the closest to Zurgena and I imagine there might be someone there who speaks English.
