Hi everyone,

I understand that I have to undertake a temporary registration so that I receive an alert/communication in due course when my age group gets called for vaccination(s). I have the form but I am not sure where to register?

Can anyone clarify if it is the main hospital or a medical centre or is this the same thing. The place is always referred to as a "medical centre" rather than the hospital in other communications I have read relating to different areas. Does anyone have the telephone number, address and email address of the correct place to register please.

You should take your completed form along with a copy of your Padron and residencia card/TIE to your local health centre rather than the hospital, once logged they will give you a printed confirmation should you need it in future, however once registered with the correct documentation you should need only your NIE for further inoculation treatment.
