At the moment, Mojácar is showing as Level 4 grade 2, or level 4.2.  Municipal borders are closed, all non-essential shops and businesses closed

Afraid not.  Both Antas and Los Gallardos (and now Vera) at level 4.2.  That means all non essential businesses closed and not allowed to travel outside municipal boundaries, even if neighboring municipality at same (or lower) level
