Hi All,
Hope you are all well, still putting things in place for our purchase.
With a seven year old we need to sort out Internet or he is likely to go into melt down.😱
So do any of you use an Internet supplier?
If you do which one?
Did you need a dish?
How quickly can they fit and set up once purchased.
Thanks again.

We use WIMAX, installation arranged via Grupo Platinum within a few days. They install a small dish at the property and can provide a router if required (for a fee). Speed offered depends on the price you are prepared to pay but we get around 8 mb download. They have various package options all of which have installation charges, their website is http://www.wimaxonline.es/

Wimax are ok most of the time. But......... you need to do constant speed checks, www.speedtest.net will show you what is happening, we pay for 30mps but very often dont get more than 6, then the next part of the day it will shoot up to 18 !!
We live in Urcal, about 35 minutes away, been here since late March, villa on a cul de sac with a pool, we love it as much for the above as the utter peace n quiet lol.
Skinny dipping is a given lol.

Hi Ella,
We also bought via Caroline and if you are using Jose as your solicitor Angelika (his PA) will arrange both Water and Electricity contracts. The electrician that Caroline uses is very good and efficient.

We used TJ Electricals at Camposol for all our white goods [email protected] Tracy was very helpful and English speaking.
Look forward to meeting up some time.

Hi
Is this the development that looks like a pyramid?
We have recently also bought in SJLT on the Noravel development. Our solicitor’s (Michael Davis) secretary sorted the electric and water.
I’m hoping to explore and find clubs and events going on. We have been to a few restaurants and had a good night in La Venta opposite the fountain near Meson Pepe... looking forward to how the resort develops and meeting people.
