Could anybody tell me what I need to do to register and get connected to a water supplier?

Don’t know how much it will help, but we had similar last year, when our connection was deemed to be illegal by Galasa. They gave us a drawing of how the connection must be made. Got a local plumber to do work and had to provide photos to show new installation. Got my solicitor to deal with it in the end as they will not speak English in the Vera office and my Spanish wasn’t good enough.
