The fences were lowered a few years ago. Are you for real complaining on a spanish website about an event that has taken place in UK for many years, at least since i was a kid and thats 83yrs ago . Get real. Don't t live in Spain and complain better to complain about bullfighting. Go back to uk and complain and see what reaction you get.
