We're sorry about the rude replies which we have now removed. Our forum is always open for any questions, and I will not stand for any unfriendly replies for just asking a question.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your message. perhaps the person in question should be given a warning or even blocked as he has done this countless times to other people in the past.

Kind Regards  Jenni

Well I thought it was a reasonable question you asked Jenni and it is pleasing to note that you received some informative answers from forum members.

Richard

Thanks Richard for your message. Unfortunately the person in question seems to like to stir things. Best ignored really.

Kind Regards Jenni

Yes, I have removed those replies and warned the member. If any members are rude and unfriendly then they can be banned if they continue.

I just want to go off topic for a moment - please PLEASE don’t call for other members to be banned; this is a forum, there are going to be people you disagree with and if you REALLY have a problem then you have the ability to block a person.

We have an Admin team who will monitor these threads and take the action they feel is appropriate - but this is a PUBLIC forum, where everyone has a voice - it is not for any of us to call for another member to be banned.  Reported if you are sufficiently offended, block if a person constantly irritates you - but this is not mob mentality, we don’t direct / request / call for other members to be banned - that is solely and wholly at the discretion of Admin.

Thanks

Good morning Dario,

I will call for others members to be banned, if I think they are being rude and abusive, it has nothing to do whether or not I agree or disagree with them, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but rude, abusive and disrespectful I will not tolerate.

Regards  Jenni

Which is why we have an Admin team, the ability to block a person and the ability to report a post - I cannot stress enough how dangerous it is on a public forum to start calling for other members to be banned - how are you going to feel if people object to something you say, and call for your removal?

Like I say - everyone but EVERYONE is entitled to their voice - because you personally find it offensive is no reason for a person to be removed entirely from the forum.  Like I say, if that happens, report the post, block the poster so you never again see their posts and let admin deal with it ... it’s why the admin team exists.

Errrrrrrrrrrrrr Dangerous!!!!! why is it dangerous. If I am rude or abusive to anyone, I would expect to be removed. as I have already said, its nothing to do with agreeing or not agreeing its about respect.

We will have to agree to disagree on this as I feel your missing the point

I agree with you Jenni.  I do not think this gentleman read the replies you received that were uncalled for.  I agree with Admin that these comments were removed and the person warned not to continue.  I enjoy this forum and do not need to read affensive comments.
