Hi Sandra, yes, its always a balance between inland/cheaper and very little to do, or coastal/more expensive/more to do, and prob more English speakers too to communicate with. Whilst a lot of people say you should communicate with the locals and speak Spanish too, i fully agree with that, but there is nothing like being able to communicate with people of your mother tongue at your tempo (then again, you coming from Manchester, dont speak pwopa English anyway :) )
I , for one are really looking forward to your thoughts after say, 6 months of living there, having gone through a winter etc. Must admit, i dont read too many negative comments from people on here though tbh. Seems like everyone says its the best decision they have ever made.
I'm hoping , that if my online business kicks off, that i will be there end of 2021 - thats my aim, anyway.
