On the same subject but with Easyjet we had a voucher for a cancelled flight tried to use it online to book a flight but you can only use it if you call direct,then received a shock the same flight was a £100 more, asked the agent why can't I use the voucher online not allowed.
I have emailed a complaint waiting to hear from them.

Hi, you can if you prefer say you want a refund, they tried to push the voucher with me, but I wouldn't accept it, who knows what will happen travel wise in the coming year. You are right though if they haven't cancelled your flight, then it will be almost impossible to get any refund from them. Dreadful company to deal with!

I had an issue with an online agent who shall remain nameless (in my dreams???) anyway I went to my credit card company and ask for a recharge/refund on the basis of them not providing a service paid for an not providing a refund in a reasonable timeframe (21 days) and not providing written updates. UK bank refunded. It took about 8 weeks in all. But worth it. Still no refund from the agency but they do email me still saying it’s in “process”.

Hi I’ve payed with PayPal phoned them and they said it’s over 180 days and phoned bank and they can’t do anything so think I’ve lost 600 p
