Hi All,

Pleased to say we are flying out on 27 February for a month and I am just checking I have got my head round the current covid regulations correctly! We are both double jabbed and boosted so as I understand it we need:

For entry to Spain 1. Spanish Health Control Form - Completed on line and printed out for QR Code. 2. NHS Vaccination certificate printed out for QR Code.

Once In Spain 1. Masks on public transport. 2 Do we still need the Andalucia Covid Pass for bars etc? Last time we visited last October this did not exist and I have read it expired on 15 Feb 2022 so we are hoping we do not need it.

Return to UK 1. Passenger locator form (Grrrrr) filled in 48 hours before departure and printed out for airline. 2. NHS Vaccination certificate - Re downloaded as they are only valid for 28 days?? and printed for airline.

If I have got this wrong or missed something could someone let me know please, also any info on the Analucia Covid Pass would be appreciated.

Many Thanks, Hasta Pronto!

Brian and Dawn

Yes you are up to date and correct, the covid vaccination pass to enter hospitality venues ends today, not that many were checking these on the first place....soloing as you have completed the passenger locator form and have your vaccination certificate detailing your booster all will be fine....enjoy your stay in this beautiful part of the world....

We have found going back and forth to UK for various..... mostly financial reasons..... that having everything printed out in paper form is worth the effort.... we have twice had the problem in Alicante that due to so many trying to get on line at once in the airport the system was once very slow and on another occasion crashed causing chaos.... we sailed through with our 'papers'.

As far as i am aware masks are still needed for supermarkets, general shops, and walking into restaurants until you sit down.  As well as hospitals, health centres of course.  Many people are still wearing them outside but that is a personal choice and alot of people who havent checked the rules are walking in and out of bars without them but if the management don't  pull them up they get away with it much to the chagrin of the people who are following the rules.

It will soon be over England has just stated from Thursday even if you have covid not isolation needed, just get on with ure life,lol....AND IF YOUR THAT BOTHERED,no more free tests, and no more FREE pay outs for staying off.

About bloody time,I'm sick of people sponging of this government playing on the covid card. ..and playing the system....full  marks for Boris. Even though after party gate I won't be voting for him again.

I was talking about Spain not UK.  What happens in UK has nothing to do with the rules in Spain. No doubt in the near future our rules will also be relaxed, i was speaking of the present situation. None of us like the use of masks anymore especially people like myself who are deaf and find it frustrating to say the least to understand people. But the present rules, i believe, are what i have stated.
