Sabadell is always my recommendation.  If you have their Expansión account (minimum 700€ per month going in) it is completely and totally 100% fee free for everything. (I have had an Expansión account since 2014 and have not paid 1 céntimo in fees or charges)

Vera Branch is excellent, all staff speak English (except Ignacio, but he’s learning :-D)...
