I have finally got a email response from the online banking mailbox informing me that they have a technical problem in sending messages to foreign phone numbers, the security code is not reaching them to access online banking.

They suggested an alternative method but that did not work either.
Its costing a small fortune to keep calling their online banking helpline from the UK only to be keep in a queue or getting nobody that can speak English..
I have even emailed them asking them to get an English speaker to call my UK number which does not happen.
I guess I will have to wait until Enrique is back from holiday as he has always been very helpful.
I have got to the point that I am seriously considering changing banks, as this has happen to me on a number of occasions in the past. Any suggestion as to a good bank around the Vera or Majacar area.
