Dear readers,
I have a non resident account with Unicaja Banco and my online banking does not work.
After entering my username and password the banking service is supposed to send my mobile phone a security code however i have never received a security code in all the three years i have been a customer.
I have even tried calling the online banking number from the UK which is expensive especially when you have tried this a number of time (one hour) and not able to get anybody that can speak English.
I have also sent the bank a number of emails using google translate to get the Spainsh wording correct and all I receive is notification read receipt but no reply.
I was wonder in any other non resident have had similar issue when trying to the Unicaja Banco online banking service.
