Hi, I have worked in catering for many years and would love to get part time hours. I will be moving to los gallardos in September. I'm very hard working and gel well with my colleagues.

Hi Jack, unfortunately I can't speak Spanish but am trying to learn at present, my niece is fluent and is teaching me.

Brilliant, keep at it, that will be a big help and give you more opportunities.Things are difficult here at the moment. Even though bars and restaurants are opening regular staff are still not back at work. The owners are playing it by ear to see how things go.
I would have a back up plan if possible or delay your move over if reliant on work.
