Hi we bought our mobile caravan over to Los Gallardos 3 years ago. We’ve just arrived for our 90 day break to find the trap on our thetford 230 toilet is stuck and will not open. We’ve taken it apart and realigned every thing it will open and close until we put the cassette back in. Can anyone recommend a mobile caravan engineer.
Maybe admin/reception can be of assistance? Doubt you'd be the first needing technical help at the campsite

Thank you. Yes I’ve asked and they recommended Histervan but they can’t come for 2weeks
Hispavan is not cheap. Call Thetford and start banging the drum

I would leave them alone. They will charge an arm and a leg even if they're not able to fix the job. And put it down to time spent. They take some of their work to lorca, then charge you more.

Are you sure it’s a 230?
There are 200s, 220s,223s, 240s, 250s, 260s…. Then 400 series…
it sounds more like an issue with the cassette than with the loo itself…

Sorry it was a c250 all sorted did it myself it was the cog above the cassette had somehow jumpted out took me about 3 hours to figure it out and watching utube but saved me a fortune thank you for your hwlp

Phone Hispavan in Antas on the trading Estate. They imported my Hymer and have looked after it for many years. Repair and replace and get ITV test done for you. The boss man is there helping tel 601400736 ask for Leo.
