Tai Chi Classes, Circit Training, or Gyms ?

I'm not aware of anything and I don't think the gym in Bedar is even open now (at least it never is when I pass by), but it's possible that the Jova sports centre at Parque Comercial in Mojaca does occasional Tai Chi classes - http://www.jovasport.es/.

Thank you, are gyms not very popular in Spain? It isn’t something I had thought about ...... maybe I should just relax and walk lol X

They seem to start up then close. Perhaps people have fallen out of love with them.

If you check with the on line version of The Almeria Focus Magazine and Directory from P.100 you will find all the clubs, activities, etc. When you come out you can get the booklet free monthly at most Brit outlets. There are also notices in the 2 freepress Brit rags and lastly I have seen sporadic adverts on the several local Facebook Forums where entrepreneurs have listed their services.

Ineed but there's nothing in the Almeria Focus abut Gyms or Tai Chi anywhere near Los Gallardos. Almeria City is about the closest for something definite re Tai Chi.

My wife teaches Yoga at a Gym in Vera - GymXtreme.  We don’t offer Tai Chi, but as well as Yoga, the gym offers qualified nutritional advice, personal training, weight management and chiromassage.

The Yoga is aimed at beginners, but also tailored programs can be crafted for more advanced practitioners.  Ashlí is certified to teach Ashtanga Yoga and her qualifications are recognized here in Spain.  She is also a qualified nutritionist.
