At the moment, all that is required to return to uk is negative antigen test. (Not as expensive as PCR) We had ours done this morning at the pharmacy mojacar playa, down ramp.  no appointment needed, just turn up, with passport, cost 50 euros pp...  9-12 noon 5-7pm Mon-Fri... 9-12 noon ...

...Saturday's. Results took 45min.  100m past spanish property choice estate agents by mojacar commercial centre. Easy wait in koi cafe for results. 

Check certificate when collect results for spelling mistakes! 

Alternatively EV medical @ Vera -  never been myself, think it may be a bit cheaper though I think you have to book appointment.

Although UK GOVT say can be done 72hrs before departure, the pharmacist said he would only test those travelling within next 48hours...

As we're flying with easy jet, we went through them and bought 2 kits from Randox. Prompt delivery from them to our uk address before flying to spain.  Randox sent us an email to confirm purchase and provided us with 2 kit reference numbers to input on passenger locator form.  So, keep ...
